Welcome to the Brookhurst Village Condo Association 

Our current homeowner occupancy is at 45%. The rest is rentals from homeowners. We strive to make a safe environment for families and have made many improvements to the association over the years.

• Landscaping is usually done on Fridays and extensively for tress and bushes twice a year (once in May and again in September).

• Our old pool area has been fenced off with privacy slats for safety reasons. A gate has been installed for access. 

• Our shed has been moved to the left of the fenced off pool area to provide more parking space.

• The trash bin has been moved to a new boot in front of the fenced off pool area. A light and camera will be installed from unit #10 to discourage dumping.
