Improvements

Landscaping

Over the last three years we have taken the matter of the common grounds areas being maintained and cleared. The difference has been noted by many of the owners. The large juniper bushes have been eliminated in many of the common grounds and the front of individual units. The sprinklers have been restored and improved this last year with new battery operated timer heads, adjusted sprinklers, and new placement of a few heads.

Drive In Curb Appeal

We have had the front entrance to the condominiums updated with bark and 1 ½ inch rock and new weed fabric. We have had several reports over the last year of loitering in the bushes at the front from drug users, teenagers partying, etc. The installation of the rock will hopefully deter this from happening any further. Additionally, the lamp and sign will be painted at no charge.

This small improvement will show pride of ownership that could increase the quality of tenants to the new homes sold within our complex. Additionally, the improvement could cut down on the amount of trash and vagrancies amongst the bushes by the street and hopefully make the tenants of the homes closest to the street feel more secure.

Parking

Parking in the condo association has been an issue but it seems we have finally gotten a handle on it. Many abandoned vehicles have been towed or removed. Violators of the two parking lot rule (as stated in the bylaws) seem to be finally under control.

Please keep in mind if you violate the rules of the bylaws in regards to the two parking space per unit you will be fined $25 a month and consistent violators will have their car towed. All vehicles in all parking spaces must have current registration and tags and be in proper working order. All vehicles violating this will be towed.
