All visitor parking is now located by the trash area along the fence line. No vehicle may remain there over 72 hours without prior approval of the board. Violators will be towed at the owners expense. Please notify the board if you expect guests longer than 72 hours.
Below is the layout for the new parking structure. All assigned numbers are permanent. Any changes must be approved by the board and must be done professionally with all expenses being the homeowners responsibility. Please ask the board for further information regarding any proposed parking reassignment before doing any work.
